Yes, it is encouraged to bring people with you. Please include however many guests you are planning to bring in the booking form (including the participants in the shoot). Reason for this is some locations require a total count of individuals that will be accompanying the visual team (photo studios for example).

I do not typically include RAW files in standard deliveries, as they represent the unfinished stage of the creative process. However, these unedited files can be provided if the arrangement is discussed prior to the shoot and added to your selected package as a premium service. My goal is to ensure you receive a final product that is fully polished and reflects the professional quality you expect. This approach allows me to maintain the integrity of the work while offering flexibility for those who require the original digital negatives.

Due to previous last minute cancellations, in order to secure your date on the calendar, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is considered non-refundable once the session is CONFIRMED. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot, you are eligible for a 50% refund of that deposit. However, please note that any cancellations made within the 72-hour window prior to the shoot are not eligible for a refund. Please review the Terms & Conditions prior to scheduling for further clarification.

Regarding refunds of the final product, all delivered edited work is strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place because the delivery represents a significant investment of time, professional resources, and creative effort tailored specifically to your project. We always do our best to deliver your images as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality. Turnaround time can vary depending on the size of the session or event, but final galleries may take up to 14 days to be delivered. We appreciate your patience and promise it’ll be worth the wait!
